Planning to visit Richland? Here’s what to expect.
Richland Church is a faith community of hope rooted in Christ’s love.
Everything we do reflects this. Here’s what to expect when you attend!

Welcome to Richland Church at 60 Pomeroy Rd Athens Ohio. We’re so glad you’re here!
First, make your way up the drive way to our parking lot.
And feel free to park anywhere you’d like. Handicap parking & guests up front.
Then come on over to the entrance down our welcome walkway.
Wheelchair accessible and we’d love to assist if needed.
Upon entering, someone from our team will welcome you and greet you with a smile, a warm handshake or even a hug.
Our lobby is a great place to hang out and fellowship before the service begins. The nursery is on the left and the bathrooms at the end of the hallway.
Check in your kiddos! The nursery team is here to lovingly provide the care for your children and teach them about Jesus, while you enjoy Sunday Worship.
Don’t forget to check out our café table of warm beverages at Richland. And grab a pastry and coffee as well!
When the worship begins, we invite you to join in with us as we worship openly and freely. We also have a time of sharing life events and celebrations – because life is better when we are connected together.
We encourage everyone to sing and move but if not, a moment to simply experience and reflect is great too!
We’ll hear an impactful, life-giving and biblical word from one of our pastors, leaders, or teachers at Richland Church. We welcome you to lean in, take notes and be encouraged.
Worship is a big part; opening musical to focus our minds, hearts, and souls on meeting together and celebrating what God has done.
After the service, feel free to stay for the moment! Don’t worry we have a relentless church during Sunday Service as well!
Those who call Richland home consider it an honor to extend our hands and worship God by choosing to give financially to the work God is doing in Richland. But if you are a guest, feel free to make your Connection Card your offering.
